Elk Mesa’s founders have a combined 90 years of energy industry experience and a proven track record of building successful businesses.  We are funded by one of the premier North American energy-focused private equity firms.

Elk Mesa's founders have been drilling responsibly here for years without incident.  We have extensive geologic and reservoir knowledge of the area.

We know mineral owners want wells drilled on their land.  Unlike many of the larger operators in the area, we don't lease acreage we aren't comfortable drilling.  When issues come up, you have direct access to the leaders of the company and get answers quickly.
